Jasmine and James Wedding

Jasmine and James have known each other since junior high! They dated off and on till after high school. When I met them, they had been engaged for five years and had two beautiful daughters. They had just moved from California and it just seemed right for them to get married here in Gilbert! It was a quick decision and they scheduled their wedding day for the weekend of their daughter’s birthday. They already had lots of family coming into town!

Jasmine and James are such a sweet, adorable couple! They were married at The Art House in downtown Gilbert. It was a very intimate wedding with just close friends and family. Before the ceremony, we did a quick “first look” in front of The Art House. It was adorable! Jasmine was so touched by the beauty of this day. She was tearing when her mom saw her, when James saw her and during the ceremony. She is such a sweetheart!

They had a wonderful ceremony outside and then the reception was inside. After some family shots in front of the building, I took Jasmine and James around downtown for photos. What a fun place to shoot! I’ve loved shooting in downtown Gilbert.

After an awesome shoot, we went back for some fabulous BBQ and the party! Oh, I can’t forget the amazingly delicious Tres Leches wedding cake Jasmine’s mother made! Wow, just wow. Their little girls were adorable as well, although a little camera shy. We ended the night with a sparkler send-off!
