Cindy and Lance Wedding

This wedding was spectacular! I love the couple, the venue and how everything turned out! It almost wasn’t that way since there was a downpour of rain!

On the drive out to Gold Canyon Golf Resort, it was pouring so hard that visibility was low and the road was slick. I was worried about the outside wedding a lot and hope they had a good backup plan. Once I was out at Gold Canyon, the rain had turned to drizzle and I even saw some blue sky peaking out. Yay! I was able to take Cindy’s detail shots of her shoes, bouquet and dress outside and their first look.

Before the ceremony, rain was threatening again, but Lance decided, let’s just do it outside as planned. One big reason they chose this venue was for the amazing mountain view behind the ceremony spot! During the ceremony, it started raining again! Luckily, it ended up just sprinkling and didn’t get worse. We could still see the mountains some since the clouds didn’t cover all of them. It ended up gorgeous and cleared up for amazing sunset photos!

Cindy and Lance are such an adorable couple. During their first look, ceremony and couple photos, they were just so smiley and laughed easily! They were such amazing sports with all the on and off rain and everything turned out amazing.

Their reception was decorated so nicely, I loved the splash of red Cindy had throughout the room. It was an amazing day with an amazing couple! Thanks again Cindy and Lance for having us as your wedding photographer! I hope to see you again!
